The route from Gerugambakkam
South on the Kundrathur road from Porur, through Gerugambakkam and past Kovur into Kundrathur. At Kundrathur pick up the Pallavaram road, also called Pammal Main Road, and follow it about 4 km into Anakaputhur. Kamaraj Street is off it in Kamatchi Nagar.
Administratively Gerugambakkam is not in Chennai at all. Its village panchayat was annexed to Kundrathur Municipality, and the nearest suburban station is Pallavaram rather than anything closer in. Pallavaram happens to be the station that serves Anakaputhur too, so anyone here without a car is already pointed our way.

Which session is quietest?
Weekday mornings. The 9:30am to 1pm block is lighter than the evening one, and the road in from your side clears well before ten. Saturday evening is the busiest slot we run, so if you want an unhurried appointment for a child, ask for a weekday morning.
