Madipakkam is a dense residential pocket in the south with no railway station of its own, so nearly everything here is done by road. Nanganallur is on one side, Keelkattalai and Puzhuthivakkam on the others, and the lake sits in the middle of it. To reach us you travel west, which is against most of the morning flow.

The route from Madipakkam
From Madipakkam head to Keelkattalai and take the Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam Radial Road west until it meets GST Road at Pallavaram. Cross over and follow Pammal Main Road through Pammal to Anakaputhur, where Kamatchi Nagar and Kamaraj Street are a short turn off the main road.
The way across is Keelkattalai onto the Pallavaram-Thoraipakkam Radial Road, the 200 feet road between GST Road and OMR, then west along it to Pallavaram. The flyover at Keelkattalai took a good deal of the stopping out of that stretch. What is left of the delay is the GST Road crossing at Pallavaram, and the rest of it moves.
Madipakkam has an older resident population alongside the newer flats, and a good part of what comes to us from there is longer standing: teeth lost one at a time over years, dentures that no longer fit, wisdom teeth that were left alone and are now causing trouble.
